Dundee is sunny – it’s official! We want to use the sun, the wind, the water, the earth and the trees to generate energy for Dundee. We have a campaign to make Dundee Scotland’s green energy capital city with every citizen a green citizen. We’ve called the campaign Dundee Sun City. We need your help to help shape our vision for Dundee and to make it a reality. Carbon emissions from burning fossil fuels is the single biggest human contribution to climate change – possibly the biggest threat that we face as a planet. But we can make it better. We can reduce our carbon emissions significantly through energy efficiency and using renewable energy. We can help you make the change. Start by calculating your carbon footprint.
